The Manage Personal Setup permission allows users to modify their personal user interface settings.

The Manage Personal Setup permission is enabled by default for in all new Access Profiles
The Manage Personal Setup permission is set in Administrative Permissions

The following actions are available in the Personal Setup options when the Manage Personal Setup permission is enabled or disabled:
