The Manage Personal Setup permission right defines how users in a Role can modify the personal user interface settings.

The Manage Personal Setup permission right is enabled by default for all Roles
If Access Control/User Management permission rights are Enabled for a Role, then those settings will override the Create/Delete View/Report/Homepage settings
Manage Personal Setup permission rights are set in Administrative Permissions

The following actions are available in the Personal Setup options when the Manage Personal Setup permission right is enabled or disabled:
