Appointment Reminder

When an appointment is created, an optional Appointment Reminder email message can be scheduled and sent to the Appointment Owner and any Appointment Invitees.
Appointment Reminders include a scheduled delivery prior to the Appointment Due Date. The message includes the appointment description. The following schedule options are available:
- None
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
- 3 hours
- 4 hours
- 5 hours
- 6 hours
- 7 hours
- 8 hours
- 9 hours
- 10 hours
- 11 hours
- 12 hours
- 18 hours
- 1 day
- 2 days
- 3 days
- 4 days
- 5 days
- 6 days
- 1 week
Multiple Appointment Invitees
When multiple users are invited to an appointment, these Invitees will also receive Appointment Reminders.
