Exclude Private Data

Part of Outlook Sync, you can achieve selective syncing of contacts, tasks and appointments by not syncing records that are marked as Private.

Any record that needs to filtered out should be marked as Private in Outlook.

Tutorial

To exclude private data from an Outlook sync:

1. Launch Sync for Outlook
2. From the Sync login menu bar, click Sync > Configure > Advanced Settings > Filters
3. Select 'Exclude private data' and click the [OK] button.

We are currently not supporting selective syncing of records from the platform to Outlook.
