Task Reminder

When a task is created, an optional Task Reminder email message can be scheduled and sent to the Task Owner(s).

Task Reminders include a scheduled delivery prior to the Task Due Date. The email message includes the task description. The following schedule options are available:

• 3 Days
• 4 Days
• 5 Days
• 6 Days
• 1 Week
• Immediate

Multiple Task Owners

When a task is assigned to multiple users, these additional Task Owners will also receive Task Reminders.

Task Reminders in Projects

When a task reminder is sent, both the Task Owner and the Project Owner are notified. In the case where Project and Task Owner are the same user, only one notification is sent.
