- Learn about Role Based Access Permissions
- Read the Introduction to Related Information
- Use the Setup tools to manage all aspects of the platform:
- Personal Setup (user options for login, security and UI preferences)
- Administration (users, teams, roles, policies, other top-level controls)
- Data Management (import/export data, mass update/delete/change ownership, storage metrics)
- Customize (customize all aspects of the platform or create new elements that meet the business needs of your organization)
- Develop (get exposure to the Developer Suite, learn about the underlying architecture and how to build custom elements to enhance applications or communicate with external systems)
- Learn about Building Applications, a practical guide for customizing the platform from the UI (web browser/user interface)
