After attending the Administrative Training class, follow this study guide to gain deeper knowledge:

  1. Learn about Role Based Access Permissions
  2. Read the Introduction to Related Information
  3. Use the Setup tools to manage all aspects of the platform:
  • Personal Setup (user options for login, security and UI preferences)
  • Administration (users, teams, roles, policies, other top-level controls)
  • Data Management (import/export data, mass update/delete/change ownership, storage metrics)
  • Customize (customize all aspects of the platform or create new elements that meet the business needs of your organization)
  • Develop (get exposure to the Developer Suite, learn about the underlying architecture and how to build custom elements to enhance applications or communicate with external systems)
  • Learn about Building Applications, a practical guide for customizing the platform from the UI (web browser/user interface)
